The First Amendment’s Establishment Clause wasn’t written to protect government from churches. It was written to protect churches from government, and citizens from being told that God has already dictated their vote.

The public deserves competent health leadership. Instead, key federal health posts are vacant, and the ones that are filled include RFK Jr. Dr. Oz, a penile-implant specialist in the infectious disease chain of command and a non-scientist acting FDA commissioner. This is a crisis of competence.

If the administration can pick which court orders count, there is no rule of law. There is only power.

This isn’t just a slush fund but a recruitment ad. Michael Fanone explains that “pardon plus payday” is how Trump builds a political militia. He’s telling violent loyalists that if they hurt people for him, he will protect them and even pay them for it.

Insider trading laws exist because markets can’t function when the people with privileged information trade on it. The President sits at the top of every information channel in the U.S. government. His own disclosures show 3,700 trades in 90 days.

He’s not declassifying UAP files because he believes in transparency. He’s doing it because “It’s literally trending number one. Can you believe it?” That’s the metric now. Not policy outcomes. Not constitutional duty. Trending.

The administration stripped funding from PBS and NPR in the name of ending taxpayer subsidies for “biased” media. Now tax dollars may flow to OAN, tied to election conspiracy claims. Apparently “biased media” is fine when it’s their biased media.

Why does this video seem insane? Because it is. Vance takes a felony case, flattens it into “misdemeanor trespassing,” calls Peters an “innocent grandmother,” credits Trump for a commutation issued by a Democratic governor, then uses that rewritten story to justify possible compensation.

Trump was asked whether the U.S. would defend Taiwan in the event of a Chinese invasion. There’s a normal version of this answer: “U.S. policy toward Taiwan has not changed.” But telling the world that Xi asked, then framing the answer as: “Only I know,” makes it sound like it’s a negotiable point.

There’s a huge difference between a public official being religious and a public official using an official military commencement address to tell future officers the “most important” thing is to seek God. The first is protected. The second is a church-state problem.
