This Administration’s long-term vacancies at HHS put Americans’ health and safety at risk. I questioned Secretary Kennedy on these inexcusable vacancies in his Department. I will continue to hold this Administration accountable while fighting to build a strong and reliable health care system.

This Administration has cut Congress out of the budget process and refuses to implement the investment approved by Congress. While the courts have been a bulwark in stopping these illegal cuts, I'll continue to push back and hold the President, Director Vought, and this Administration accountable.
