The war with Iran is insanity in its own right. But it is gross incompetence Trump went to war with Iran with no plan to keep open the Strait of Hormuz. Now Iran is laying mines, global oil shipping is paralyzed, gas prices are skyrocketing and food prices are close behind.

Donald Trump won’t talk tonight about how ICE is tear-gassing elementary schools, murdering American citizens, and disappearing legal immigrants. Democrats position is clear: no more funding for ICE until they stop their lawlessness and abuse.

A gallon of gas now costs $5 in Connecticut. Diesel is $6. This is ruining people who live paycheck to paycheck, small businesses, farmers and the trucking industry. And there is only person who has caused prices to be this high: DONALD TRUMP.

In an age of creeping relativism, a universal moral law still exists. Threatening to end an entire civilization of 90 million people in order to bend a nation’s conduct to your will is grossly morally wrong. It is evil. And we should say this loudly.

Trump's illegal Iran War is destined to end in failure. Already, hardline leadership is emerging that will be more hostile to America than the leaders we killed. And there is no way to eliminate their nuclear program with a bombing campaign. This whole war is pointless.
