Big Oil companies are pushing Congress to give them legal immunity. Why? “The only reason you’d want immunity is if you’ve done something wrong,” explains CCI’s President Richard Wiles.

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws aim to hold plastic producers responsible for managing the waste they’ve created. But the success of EPR laws depends on, and reinforces, the idea that plastic is recyclable… when in reality, it's not. 😐
