Alcohol can be very cheap and heavily promoted in Northern Ireland "so it's not surprising that we see increasing numbers of people drinking" and sadly, dying from alcohol-related harms. Dr Sheila Gilheany of @alcoholireland.ie spoke to ITV News about the rise in alcohol deaths in Northern Ireland.
