Housing is the largest part of most people’s budgets, and it’s the reason why Californians are getting pushed out of their home state. When we build housing at the same speed as our peer states, we can bring down costs by up to 20%.

Californians don’t need politicians explaining why everything costs so much and pointing fingers at who to blame. We need a Governor who has a long record lowering costs, delivering results, and holding corporations accountable—like I've done my whole career.

AI has the potential to do so much good for California. It also brings a great deal of risk. Our next Governor must choose to harness the power of AI to make Californians' lives better and meet the challenge of protecting livelihoods.

Medicare spends only 2% of its funds on administrative costs. Private health insurance spends 17% or 18%. Single-payer healthcare lets us put more money toward actually making people healthy instead of pushing paper and denying claims.

I’m not a billionaire. I’m not a corporate-backed politician. I’m a single mom who pushes the shopping cart and actually gets what you’re going through. And I know how to make life more affordable for California families.
