The last two movies I watched on Tubi both had a problem where the subtitles gradually get more and more ahead of the dialogue to the point of appearing several seconds before it, Tubi really needs better quality control man I just wanna watch some Donnie Yen movies

The destruction scenes in Gamera vs Barugon are incredibly well done, the increased budget from the first Gamera (which already had good effects) and the well done cinematography result in some of the best looking city destruction scenes of the era

Can you even get any cooler than this?

This scene is so good, Gamera writhing in pain is delivered so well with the suit acting and Legion just looks so nasty all over him, plus the miniatures look incredible

I keep rewatching this fight scene over and over again it's just so good, Saori Izawa deserves 1 million lead roles

The sound effects for Eldeghimera dissolving and digesting Graim are great and I like that it's not quite instant, it helps sell Eldeghimera as this very gross freaky kaiju
