A few thoughts about the need for: - A consistent, competitive process to award funding to nonprofits - A re-evaluation of the City / County relationship - An independent audit of the (extremely) over-cost Bull Run Filtration Project - A PUBLIC process to award PUBLIC money to the Moda Center
