In a recent discussion with screenwriter and political strategist @billyray5229.bsky.social, he highlighted some surprising data. When asked what percentage of the population was transgender, Americans polled said 21%. The actual number is >1%. The pattern holds for other minority groups as well.

Over the past year, PSG Consulting’s #FirstMondaysWebinar series on narratives brought together diverse voices to ask a shared question: How do we create narratives that strengthen our democracy? One thing became clear — we won’t rebuild America without stories rooted in everyday lived experiences.

I spoke with @tiffanymuller.bsky.social on @endcitizensunited.bsky.social's survey of likely 2026 battleground voters. Independents were highly persuadable on anti-corruption messaging, shifting 15 points toward Democrats (52-37), while traditional Democratic messaging left them evenly split (45-45)
