Pete Buttigieg already has ideas for restructuring SCOTUS. He introduced it in 2019 and everyone thought he was crazy.

Buttigieg is known as the *architect* of the $1.2 Trillion infrastructure bill because President made him the lead negotiator/lobbyist for ushering it thru Congress.
