When we target farmworkers as the only Coloradans that need to work more than 40 hours to receive overtime pay, we're sending them a message that we value their time less than other workers.

Republicans are once again putting women at risk of violence. Instead of cooling down our dangerous political climate, they’re tossing gasoline on the fire. We all have to call out this dangerous behavior.

I am proud to introduce HB26-1012 to prevent bad-acting corporations from price gouging consumers who literally have no other option but to pay for inflated prices.
