Inefficiency is expensive. Access shouldn't be. Did you know that every missed appointment costs the NHS around £160? Why pay for mistakes? 💸 For Deaf patients, the impact is even greater. The issue is rarely the interpreter, but the system used to book them.

We all know the saying: "Buy cheap, pay twice." In community interpreting, this isn't just a saying—it’s a systemic failure. When contracts favor the lowest fees over quality, we end up with a false economy.

We cannot work without each other. Current systems drive the Deaf community and interpreters apart, placing agencies in the middle. This causes gaps in service and deep misunderstandings. Signalise is the bridge. 🌉
