Private security is blocking access to the public sidewalk because “there’s enough press,” NYPD has the protest in a position that appears to be constitutionally shaky. Protest must have sight and sound of their target, and this doesn’t appear to be able to see the venue, let alone be seen.

Activists quickly get into position, quietly, then slowly approach the van and verify it’s empty, then a big sigh of relief as people move out of the way.
