Hey USA. A lot of Americans have been responding to my post - about how we don't have Air Conditioning in the UK - with images of cheap window AC units. Unfortunately most of the windows in the UK open like doors so we can't use them.

I hate the 5 star rating system because people just don't use it currently. As humans we use the universal scale of 0-100% to rate things meaning that each star represents 20% - but hardly anyone uses it correctly.

Why don't we just install Aircon in the UK? There's a few reasons for this. Money, brick buildings, lots of rented apartments and people are slower to change than the climate.

Over the weekend we met up with a friend for Sunday lunch and walked through Carshalton Ponds. The sun was shining, nature was blooming and cute baby geese were taking shelter underneath mother goose.

The Strait of Hormuz is open again but that's not the end of our oil crisis. We need to be heavily investing in renewable energy instead of relying on a few countries sending us a finite resource. The sun, sea and wind are everywhere.

I hate putting out videos about the news, current events or politics because I know I will get abuse online. Don't try to reason with trolls, bullies and bots, just block them and move on with your life. It's so much better for your mental health.

Is society crumbling? Why is there so much hate? I've seen this a lot on social media since our local elections last week. For minorities, hate has always been there but this new wave I believe is caused by social media and people not fact checking what they see, hear and read.
