UNCOMMON VALOR: The best of the 1980s POW movies; I hadn’t seen this in 40 years since cable. It’s got John Milius all over it (directed by Ted Kotcheff). Gene Hackman brings grace to what would have been a routine actioner. Patrick Swayze, Tex Cobb, Fred freakin’ Ward… absolutely fuckin’ rules.

Watching the final four episodes of THE CLONE WARS, and I want to see these edited into a film and theatrically released so bad. That final arc is as good as any of the movies. Kevin Kiner’s score is incredible too. Just flawless STAR WARS storytelling. When Order 66 hits, it’s spine chilling.

Finally watched that EVIL DEAD BURN trailer. That absolutely ruled.

Anyway, tickets to THE FURIOUS on sale now. You’re gonna want to buy them. You’ll be kicking yourself if you don’t. Which is admittedly better than if these guys kick you.
