I didn’t take the vote to impeach Donald Trump lightly. I knew the political cost. But what he did was wrong, and accountability matters. I’ll always defend the Constitution and stand up for the America I believe in.

I’ll never forget what it felt like growing up in a family stretched thin by health care costs. That’s why I’m running, to make sure Utah families aren’t left to struggle alone.

Too many Utah families are working harder than ever but not making ends meet. To Donald Trump and the D.C. elite, affordability is just a slogan. I'm excited to announce my run for Congress, because the challenges facing Utah and this country demand we get off the sidelines.

It's been a busy few days of media, but the momentum is real. I’m running because affordability, safety, and dignity aren’t just talking points to me. Grateful for all the support as we get this started.

I’ve represented this community for most of my career, and I’m proud of the change we’ve made together. From passing Utah’s nondiscrimination law, to fixing our homeless services system. This race isn’t about noise. It’s about impact.

It is time to end the occupation of Minneapolis. I am horrified by the killing in Minnesota this morning. Based on what we’ve seen from the multiple witness videos, the victim was innocent and not a threat. The violence at the hands of ICE must stop.

When our constitution is under attack and families are being torn apart, silence isn’t an option. I’m running to stand up for Utah and for an America that’s free, fair, and just -- no matter who’s in power.

Families like the one I grew up in are being squeezed from every side, groceries, housing, health care. I’m running because Utahns deserve someone who actually understands that struggle and will fight to make life affordable again.

I am proud to be endorsed by Defend the Vote, a national organization working to protect and expand voting access for all Americans. As Republicans in Washington push the SAVE Act and other voter suppression efforts, I’ll keep fighting to protect every American’s right to vote.

For years, Utah voters were shut out by maps designed to silence them. With new fair boundaries, we finally have a real chance to send someone to Congress who actually listens. I’m ready to fight for the families politicians have ignored.
