RahiTuber, at this time, does not have a fade in or out effect for layers. Not without some stuff I don't feel like doing anyway, SO, I set up a lil glitch effect. Things will still pop in, sure, but I think this effect distracts enough that it creates a fun visual instead of awkwardness!
