For too long, Americans’ constitutional rights have been violated. I joined Senator Lee to introduce a bill to require government agents to obtain a warrant before viewing Americans’ private communications collected under 702. Let’s get this done.

The American people have a Constitutional right to decide whether their children will be asked to fight a war. We cannot wage large scale international conflicts based on the President’s whims.

The cruelty is the point. Dreamers and DACA recipients have lived here, married here, had kids here, and contributed here for years. I’ve spent 20+ years fighting for Dreamers. I will spend the rest of my time in the Senate continuing that fight.

President Trump’s war with Iran sent gas and diesel prices through the roof, all without any clear or coherent endgame. You are paying more at the pump because of the President’s foreign policy whims.
