Czasem produkt wygląda lepiej właśnie dlatego, że przeszedł przez proces, który odebrał mu część wartości. Beata Pawlikowska tłumaczy różnicę między olejem tłoczonym na zimno a olejem rafinowanym: zapach, kolor, trwałość i „ładny” wygląd nie zawsze są znakiem jakości.
