I know that flooding is something which my constituents are worried about. The rainfall over the weekend raised concerns, particularly in South Abingdon, which has been badly hit recently. The EA have flood barriers ready to go in the event of future flood threats in the area.

The top down, Westminster-centric approach to how we build houses is not the answer. The Liberal Democrats will always favour a bottom up approach, working with communities, like we did in the Vale of White Horse. Neighbourhood planning is the way forward.
