I’m going to Congress to create the first federal response to homelessness. The homeless need stability. The only way to deliver stability is by building 10s of thousands of permanent supportive housing. Permanent is the key and it is the only proven solution to combat homelessness.

Fix the tax code that enables wealth hoarding: treat every dollar of wealth the same—wages, inheritance, capital gains, loans against stock—end shelters and loopholes.
