May 18, 1995: Orlando's Shaquille O'Neal steals the ball from Scottie Pippen and takes it in for a slam during Game 6 of the ECSF. O'Neal had 27 PTS/13 REB/4 AST/4 STL in a 108-102 Magic win that eliminated the Bulls from the playoffs. Pippen had 26 PTS/12 REB/6 AST for Chicago.

May 31, 1998: Chicago's Scottie Pippen drives and scores with two minutes to go in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals against Indiana. Pippen had 17 PTS/12 REB/2 STL and Michael Jordan had 28 PTS/9 REB/8 AST in the Bulls' 88-83 win. The Pacers' Reggie Miller scored 22 PTS.
May 23, 1987: Boston's Larry Bird and Bill Laimbeer of Detroit are ejected for fighting during Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Laimbeer was later fined $5,000. Bird was fined $2,000. The Pistons won, 122-104, to cut the Celtics' series lead to 2-1.

May 18, 1999: Allan Houston finishes the New York fast break with a slam in Game 1 of the ECSF. Houston scored 34 PTS (13-20 FG) and Latrell Sprewell added 31 PTS off the bench in a 100-92 Knicks win. Steve Smith scored 25 PTS and Chris Crawford had 26 PTS for the Atlanta Hawks.
May 18, 1993: Charles Barkley scores 28 PTS in the 2nd half of the Suns' 109-97 win over the San Antonio Spurs in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semis. Barkley finished with 36 PTS (11-16 FG)/12 REB and Kevin Johnson had 15 PTS/12 AST for the Suns, who took a 3-2 series lead.
May 31, 1984: CBS Sports' intro for Game 2 of the NBA Finals between the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers. The Celtics defeated the Lakers, 124-121, in overtime. Larry Bird had 27 PTS/13 REB/2 BLK for Boston. James Worthy scored 29 PTS (11-12 FG) to lead Los Angeles.
