CEO pay rose 20x faster than workers’ pay in 2025. Top CEOs already make 285x what workers do—and they’re fed up. Working people don’t have to accept this. A union contract is how we take back our power and get our fair share of the profits WE create.

Now more than ever, we need a strong and united global labor movement that can challenge the power of a few billionaires over the rest of us. The labor movement is mobilizing to build worldwide solidarity and fight for economic justice for workers everywhere.

Registered Apprenticeships are the best earn-while-you-learn opportunities to gain the skills needed to build your community and have a life-long, family-sustaining career, just like Nia, who, after an @ibewinternational.bsky.social apprenticeship program, has a rewarding career in the trades.

The Senate Banking Committee cowered to Crypto Super PACs over the interests of working people by passing the CLARITY Act and exposing our retirement savings to volatile cryptocurrency. If this bill heads to the floor, we urge senators to stand up for working people and vote NO.

A fair tax system should reward work and deliver for the working people who keep this economy running. The labor movement has been fighting for tax fairness from the very beginning, and we’ll keep fighting until billionaires and giant corporations finally pay their fair share.

Voting rights are workers’ rights. When working people have a real voice at the ballot box, we can elect leaders who protect our right to join a union, ensure safe workplaces, live free from discrimination and retire in dignity. The Supreme Court has undermined workers’ voices.
