Earlier today, I held a press conference with @governorwalz.mn.gov to update Minnesotans after the fatal killing of Alex Pretti and our efforts to rein in ICE here in Minnesota. Tomorrow, Monday, January 26, our case to end Operation Metro Surge will be heard in federal court at 9a CT.

I’m grateful to Judge Biery for helping to bring Liam Ramos and his father Adrian home. But it is a sign of how far we are from the normal rule of law that a judge even had to issue a decision like this one.
