A couple months ago I started learning webpgu and trying to make 'something', more or less from scratch. It's ultimately turned into this live codable signed distance field particle system VJ tool... not only have I learned so much but damn it's pretty fun to play with.

Ever since I made fluff use a cascaded system for far visibility, I've been debating how to do shadows... I tried all kinds of stuff and all of it was bad, but I'm also probably too picky. It turns out though that screenspace shadows make a humongous difference with fluffy stuff like this terrain.
