The Governance Board wants to hear from you! THEY ENCOURAGE FRANK FEEDBACK. REGISTER TO SPEAK 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. SUBMIT WRITTEN COMMENTS 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE. The monthly meetings of the Universal Health Plan Governance Board at on the third Thursday of the month.

From Governance Board's Calendar view, you can submit your public comments, or attend any of the meetings of the Governance Board, or their sub committees. The Governance Board must deliver a plan for how Oregon can finance, administer, and transition to a universal health care system for Oregon.

A taste of last summer in these dark winter days: Representative Courtney Neron gave the introduction at last year's HCAO Garden Party this past September, in her district, in Sherwoood Oregon. Now is the time for Oregon to turn the promises in our constitution into a reality.

Our state's Universal Health Plan Governance Board will deliver a plan to our Oregon legislature in September 2026. Our Oregon Legislature will be considering this in 2027. Oregonians can expect to vote on this issue in 2028. Join us at the Oregon City Town Hall!
