No matter how strong we think we are, we still have moments that shake us to the core.

Today was a respite day for me. I didn't listen for the latest disgraceful/ illegal things that we are supposed to think are normal. I guess laws are for suckers and losers too. Monday will be soon enough to catch up. I went to the woods and found mamma bear had been an early morning visitor.

When the orange one's garish gold gets to be too much for my eyes and the UFC fight stuff junks up the White house lawn, I get me to my woods for some cleansing nature and a real down to earth wrestling match.

I have been hoping for some cheeriness --something to UN-clench my brain and save me from madness. Momma bear presented her cubs this week--the breathe of fresh air I have desperately been needing. You will find me in the woods every day till fall. 6 trail cams to follow them around.

Sometimes I talk to the crows and sometimes they talk back to me. This fellow definitely has something on his mind and is grumbling about it to my trail cam. In times like these, it is very difficult to assure him that things will be okay.

Ending the day with a some lightness---sometimes you have to take some time to play. Mom bear and her yearling cub and a little wrestling in the woods.

Authoritarianism, a National Data Base --- it feels wrong to just go about our daily business. "Alligator Alcatraz", detention camps and money for a whole lot more of this, but no money for health and welfare of working people. Too many don't seem to care. Today I would rather be a bear.
