Taking extreme responsibility was the best thing i ever did for myself Finding the right self-talk was key and weighed me down when I got the balance wrong. This is something only I could do. Just like now if others tried to do it for me and I wasn't ready it would backfire.

I used to be afraid of my own pain. Convinced it was something to suppress. To outrun. Turns out it was fuel. I just hadn’t learned to drive yet.

My body was responding to threats that only existed in my mind. Worst cases. Old memories. Futures that hadn’t happened. All of it felt real. Because to my physiology — it was. But the relationship works both ways. Direct the body and you move the mind. That’s the practice.

Episode 58 Back on the front fairing—refining the top section and fixing a shape that felt off. Rebuilt it, removed a central bump, and improved how it blends with the surrounding form. Small refinements, cleaner transitions, better overall flow.
