Day 58 Post Total Knee Replacement Surgery post Physical Therapy Recovery Time. Using my DynaSplint and then my ice machine on my new knee, Austin. Lots of discomfort after this morning’s Physical Therapy session.

Day 64 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery Morning Walk! I walked half a mile in the time I am used to racing my 5K’s. I have a LOT of comeback still to go.

Day 81 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery at the Driving Range for my First Time, Ever! I learned that I need to wrap my surgical knee because of all of the pivoting. This was FUN. This took my mind off of EVERYTHING!

Day 72 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery Morning Exercises. Woke up with feelings of frustration and depression, but I accept this is all part of the journey. I have PT in about an hour.
