The Hippocratic Oath and Compassionate Overdose Response™️ are deeply intertwined - both are guided by care and respect for the patient above all. RiVive’s 3 mg naloxone nasal spray is an effective way to reverse opioid overdose while minimizing harm.🤝⚕️

When naloxone blocks the opioid from reaching the receptors in the brain, breathing is restored, the overdose is reversed, and a life is saved. But this is often a really difficult experience for the person who overdosed, especially when too high a dose of naloxone is used. (cont. in comments)

The most compassionate choice you can make is a low dose option like RiVive 3 mg naloxone nasal spray or a 0.4 mg/1ml intramuscular naloxone syringe to reverse an overdose. Let’s not make their experience more distressing by using too much naloxone.🤝

Words can hurt, but they can also heal.❤️‍🩹 In harm reduction, the language that reduces stigma matters. Compassionate dosing and compassionate communication go hand in hand.
