This was the moment it hit me. You stayed home and raised the kids. He built his career. The super grew in his name. The assets were in his name. You were loyal. You were committed. You did what many women were told was the right thing. And now?

I used to think I needed more time. What I didn’t have was energy.

The old me used to cancel plans because I felt uncomfortable in my own body. Tired. Flat. Self-conscious. These days I say yes more. More walks. More photos. More confidence. More life. That’s the part nobody talks about enough.

I remember sitting there thinking… Do I really need this? Is this just going to be overwhelming?

All the girls are up, scratching around and eating fresh grass. Same time. Same routine. Watching them this morning reminded me of something. Nature doesn't rely on motivation. It relies on routine. The chooks don’t wake up and decide whether they feel like eating, moving, see rest in video

One of the best feelings? Putting clothes on and not immediately wanting to change again. No hiding. No sucking it in. No frustration. Just feeling comfortable.

Can I ask something honestly? Do you feel BETTER now than you did 10 years ago? More energy?More confidence?Better sleep?Better digestion? Or less? I think a lot of women stay quiet about how they’re really feeling.
