Many of residents in #NorthSomerset have experienced the difficulties of having FirstPort as a managing agent. That is why it was so lovely to recently meet with John to hear about his experience with leasehold and FirstPort.

Since moving to a new managing agent, John's experience has improved and he feels like he owns his property again. There’s more regular communication, residents are informed in advance about decisions, and there’s more opportunity to have input on how money is spent.
