After the facilities were expanded with IFC's support, people in the villages began to notice serious negative impacts, especially on the water environment.

Had a great time at the groundbreaking of the Coyote Valley Open Space Preserve’s Heart’s Delight Trail improvement project. I was proud to secure an $800,000 grant for this project in 2024 and it’s outstanding to see those federal dollars in action helping build a more accessible trail.
