Day 56 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery PT Session. Worked HARD in this session and my new knee, Austin, is FEELING IT.

Caught a stray lacrosse ball to the spot where my quad meets the new surgical knee while coaching track practice today. It was a struggle to get back to my car. I’m home now. Icing it now.
