Day 60 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery Morning PT Exercises. Woke up (from a bad night’s sleep) with a migraine and extra knee pain. Today’s focus? Just Breathe.

Day 47 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery Morning PT Exercises. Woke up with a headache and I’m not letting it stop me. Today I have a Track Meet to coach at, so I’ll be testing my new knee, Austin, again.(Also turn your speakers up…it’s for all of you with your positive support!)
