Happy Mother’s Day 💐 Sunday we visited my Mum. I came home with a treasure trove of cards from the 1950s through to the 90s.

I didn’t start looking at different ways to earn income because I was ‘excited’ about it. I started because I didn’t feel secure.

I used to think I needed more time. What I didn’t have was energy.

Rebuilding your health also rebuilds your confidence. You start trusting yourself again. That changes everything…

This is what it actually looks like trying to change your life.

One thing I wish more women over 50 knew… Bloating isn’t always about eating Too much. Stress.Hormones.Poor sleep.Processed food.Skipping meals.Eating on the run. It all adds up. Small daily habits can make a huge difference over time.

One of the best feelings? Putting clothes on and not immediately wanting to change again. No hiding. No sucking it in. No frustration. Just feeling comfortable.

All the girls are up, scratching around and eating fresh grass. Same time. Same routine. Watching them this morning reminded me of something. Nature doesn't rely on motivation. It relies on routine. The chooks don’t wake up and decide whether they feel like eating, moving, see rest in video
