Day 42 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery 6 Week Surgery Follow Up Appointment. That sore spot on my medial part of my knee is apparently my MCL causing issue for me and my TKR recovery. Doc is also ordering a Dyna-Splint for me to help work on my bend and extension. I’m wiped after this appointment

Day 98 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery Morning PT Exercises. Start of my second week back to work!

Day 58 Post Total Knee Replacement Surgery post Physical Therapy Recovery Time. Using my DynaSplint and then my ice machine on my new knee, Austin. Lots of discomfort after this morning’s Physical Therapy session.

Day 81 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery at the Driving Range for my First Time, Ever! I learned that I need to wrap my surgical knee because of all of the pivoting. This was FUN. This took my mind off of EVERYTHING!

Day 52 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery Morning PT Exercises. Injury Depression is a real thing…combined with always feeling exhausted because my body is always trying to heal from a major surgery; has my wiped out most days.

Day 74 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery PT Session. Not only did I still get full rotation on the bike going backwards, BUT I GOT FULL FORWARD ROTATION!!

Day 76 Post #TotalKneeReplacement Surgery Morning Walk and PT Exercises. After yesterday, proudly cheering on my beautiful Wife and Our Incredible Daughter at their half marathon, I am HURTING today. All of that being said, I’ll persevere through because I have personal goals to meet.
