You cannot punish yourself into enjoyment: you have to learn how to enjoy. And a BIG part of that is working to dismantle the voice in your head that's constantly telling you you're not enough. It is hard (although easier with a supportive community) but I promise it's worth it.

I know *gestures broadly* everything is pretty heavy right now, friends. But that means that it's all the more important that we take care of ourselves so that we can show up consistently for what's important to us. I'd love to know: what's one way you're treating yourself softly today?
